What is this form?

This form is a place for you to enter any ideas or concepts from your personal life or work experiences that you think could be useful, helpful, or entertaining to your intended audience.

The purpose for doing this ahead of a video shoot is so that we can have ample time to prepare a loose script that can pull the attention of an audience more effectively.

Questions or concepts that typically make for good content?

  • What are the top things you look for in someone when hiring them?

  • Do you have any mentors that helped guide you into getting where you are today?

  • Why do people buy from your company and not a competitor?

    • Any specific stories or examples to showcase this?​​​

  • What’s a story of failure and how you bounced back from it?

  • Is there a life motto you live by?

  • Why did you choose the career path that you are in?

  • Are there any examples of when a business decision or realization came from an unlikely source?

  • Do you have any experiences where you witnessed someone else’s mistake that helped you avoid making the same error?

  • How do you handle a disagreement within the organization?

  • What makes a good company culture in your opinion?

  • Have you ever worked under someone that inspired you?

  • How do you feel like your background plays into who you are now.

  • How do you manage your time? Do you have any tips or pieces of advice?

  • Do you have any advice for anyone trying to get into your position?

  • What would you tell your 18 year old self

  • How do you compare what you have valued and focused on throughout your career? For instance what felt more important to you when you were 25 vs 45 etc

  • Do you have any wild success stories with customers/clients.

  • What does your day to day typically look like?

  • What do you feel like people are lacking that keeps them from succeeding?
