How does it work?
Everything begins with a simple application. Once submitted, you will meet with one of our Fractional CMOs for a free assessment. In this conversation we evaluate your business, identify which strategies fit your goals, and determine whether we can create meaningful growth.

If there is a strong fit, we move into a customized engagement structure. Instead of defaulting to large retainers that restrict growth, we design compensation models that support momentum rather than limit it. This can include a retainer, a performance-based structure, or a blended model. The goal is always to align incentives so the relationship rewards progress and creates room for the business to scale. From there we build a clear plan, timeline, and set of outcomes, unless the engagement is structured as an ongoing leadership partnership.
